depends on if one is setup for using there screen reader in safe mode! got a
file on it on my grab bag website:

if so then yes you could, but... that was not the question asked if you take
a good look, it was it necessary to go into safe mode to run a restore, to
which the answer is most times, no it is not necessary.

do I have to be in safe mode to preform this task or can I do it just out of

safe mode because I do not have a sited person to do it in safe mode.
