Hi. I've found the sent items. I hadn't expanded the Gmail folder before when I tried looking in there.
The sent items appear twice it seems. Is that because they go into all mail and the sent items folder? Can you tell me how I change this? Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Hi sue. In the tree view where you find your inbox folder there should be a Gmail folder. Expand this folder by pressing the right arrow. There should be a sent items folder in there. All your sent messages should be in there. Is this the one you were using or were you using the other sent items folder in outlook? -----Original Message----- From: Blind-Computing [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sue Morgan Sent: Wednesday, January 02, 2013 9:45 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] Outlook 2010 and Gmail. Hi. Is your gmail account set up to use imap? Or is it pop3? If it's pop3 is the computer the only place the email goes or does it go to another computer or phone? -----Original Message----- From: Blind-Computing [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sue Morgan Sent: Tuesday, January 01, 2013 6:39 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Blind-Computing] Outlook 2010 and Gmail. Hi. I use Outlook 2010 and send most of my emails from a Gmail account. I can't see all of my sent items, and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me why. I've checked to make sure they're not grouped by conversation, and they aren't. Not sure what else to try. I can see some sent items, but not all by any means. If anyone knows how to get around this problem, I'd love to know. Thanks. I'm using Jaws 13.
