I've been on a couple of mailing lists and they're high traffic lists. I
haven't received e-mail from either list. What do I do?

I am using W7, Outlook 2010 and latest jaws and I know how to install
latest microsoft updates but how can I know what updates that I am
installing? Before installing, I go to control panel to latest updates
but I can't find what updates I am installing. I would like to see the
updates so I know if I want to install or not. I would appreciate it if
someone could give me info on this.
