It's fairly easy. Bring up jaws by pressing insert+j. Bring up the utilities menu by pressing alt+u. Up arrow to video intercept manager and press enter.
You'll find three radio buttons: install video intercept; uninstall video intercept; (I've never tried either one of these buttons); and display video intercept information. Tab past the help button and you'll find a read-only field giving your video intercept information. Hope this helps.
