I was running a program called Classic Shell but, once I turned it off & I was able to access the default Win7 start menu, that is where the shortcut keystroke was assigned. You can find it on the JAWS Users programs page. If you have a hot key for Notepad, it should be listed. You can then focus on it an tab to the change key button which will allow you to delete or modify it.
