HiGenerally, when I have this trouble, it is because my internet explorer volume is low. To get to the volume control You will need to open C:\Windows\System32\SndVol.exe Do this at the same time that internet explorer is running. Next, tab to the section that shows the volume for internet explorer and up arrow until you have the volume you like. then press enter. If the volume gets to loud . just repeat the steps, but in the last part use down arrow.

One of our volunteers at the school for the blind is experiencing a problem with her Asa laptop.
She is clueless about any of the technical aspects of the machine except that she is using Windows 7 Home which I was able to ascertain.
Her problem is that the volume in Youtube is very low and said she believes it has something to do with Adobe Flash player.
Does anyone have any idea as to what can be causing her problem?Sorry I don't know more to clarify the problem. This lady is close to her seventies if that matters anything and she is relatively new to computers.
I really want to help her but don't know how so if anyone of you have experiences that are similar in nature or have some hints which I could try I would be very much appreciative.
