Hi
It depends on a couple of things. I am guessing that since you
mentioned a zip file, You will need to down load the zip file to the
computer and open it on your computer.
On the other hand, maybe they wanted to share an entire folder with
you. If you have drop box installed on your computer, and someone shares a
folder with you. All the files in the folder will automatically download to
your computer.
Just some thoughts.

Good evening,
Wondered if anyone might be able to give me some advice please. Someone has
uploaded files into drop box on their computer for me, and sent me a link,
to drop box, not to the specific files. I've found and clicked on a
download link, and selected .zip, but can't go any further and don't know
why. Any help/advice would be most appreciated. I'm running Jaws 11 and
Windows XP.
