You should be able to access it by opening winamp.
Do a control P for preferences.
Find, plug ins and then, output.
Tab here to your list and arrow down to, vocal remover.

I've got the vocal remove plug-in but I can't find the winamp plug-in
directory. I have Winamp 5.35. Where do I put it? It's in program files
inside the plug-ins folder but I can't find where it would show up in
