Hi Becky, Try the following: 1. Open the control panel, go to Regional & Language Options, & press enter.
2. The first tab is Regional options so, on this tab, tab to, Standards & Formats customize ....., & press the spacebar to open. 3. There wil be 4 tabs, Numbers, Currency, Time, & Date. Control + tab to the Time tab & tab 1 time to, Time Format. 4. Arrow up to the first 1, it should read, h:mm:ss tt. 5. Tab to apply, press the spacebar, tab to okay, press the spacebar to save your changes & close. Hope this helps. Take care.
