Bob, In order for the problem that I am having to be solved, I had to reinstall jaws14, nothing else would work. I really would like to know why is this happening like this. There are times when I have emails that I really want to read and can't because Jaws just will not read the body of the email.

I have encountered this same problem in jaws13 and outlook express. I think it's a memory issue. The only thing I've found that helps is to restart the computer. You might get by by restarting jaws.
