so ok then, where do you go and delete all info? I went to tools/accounts and removed my info from OE, is it showing somewhere else? I had only one email account for that pc. Hmmm, wonder if the service tecks when they upgraded my cable and internet and phone could have done something somewhere? I used only IE but for browsing not for emails. Their modem has been returned. So shouldn't the desktop be free of any of their settings, I did not install any of their proprietary software ever.
In fact, if I forgot and accidently opened OE on the desktop, it always popped up to install an account.
