Hello,
I'm currently running Windows 7 with JAWS 14 and IE9. In the past 24 hours I've experienced two very irritating settings changes which I didn't knowingly opt for and can't figure out how to reverse. In Win7, the New submenu under File no longer gives me an option to create a new folder. In Outlook 2007, a similar unwanted change no longer allows me to view my Drafts, Deleted Items or Junk Email folders,--just somebody else's notion of what my Favorites tree view ought to be. What's going on here? More importantly, how can I undo these unbidden changes? Many thanks in advance for any help list members can offer.
