[Blind-Computing] Focus on zoomtext

Hi all. It is something that I don't know how handle, I hope that someone 
here can help me.
When i open the link on a word document, I cannot get my pc curser in place 
for my software Zoom text to track. For example for Zoomtext to track in 
emails I have to have the setting plain text.  Would this be an adjustment 
needed for websites?
