Hello. It's not just your nor XP's issue, as I'm still having that same issue under Windows 7. I can't find any settings that would move it from the Optional side to the Required side of the ledger, so Windows automaticly grabs it when Update is run. If you, or anyone else, finds a solution to this (other than manually getting the MSE update each time), I'd also be interested. Thank you.
