the trouble that i am having, when i turn on my computer people that can see it say it looks like it wants to start up but, it does not get to the start up screen but when they put it in safe mode they can see my files but it still wont start up in safe mode either can someone tell me how to get into safe mode myself so i can try what someone sugests thanks, amber
