To create a signature, while in Outlook do an alt f. Arrow down to options and press enter. Arrow down to mail and tab to, signatures and press enter. Tab to new and press enter. Type in a name for the signature and tab to OK and press enter. As you tab you will see, new message, arrow up to, none. Tab to reply and also tab up to, none. Keep tabbing and you will see several choices for font style, size, center text and the last one is, hyperlink. After this choice is the area where you type in your signature. Type it in as you want it to appear on the email message. When finished tab to OK and press enter. You'll need to tab several more times to OK once again. Now use the instructions I sent earlier to include your signature in an email. I do not know exactly where to go and what to do there when I get to that point, in order to create the signature from scratch. I need to start right at the very beginning. Thanks for trying though. -----Original Message----- From: Blind-Computing [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Denny Huff Sent: Tuesday, May 21, 2013 8:13 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] Signature in e-mail message Do you have a signature created already? If so, when you're in the body of the email message you can do an alt n followed by the lettrs a and s. You'll see the signature you have created so just press enter on it. If you have more than one signature arrow up or down to the one you want and press enter. How can I install a signature to be place at the bottom of an e-mail message only when I wish to do so, not all the time, permanently? I last did this with Outlook Express and XP, but think it could be different now. Thanks in advance for your detailed directions.
