Did it ever announce that information before? If so, then you must install the Jaws scripts you installed before.
to my knowledge, Jaws has never announced that information when used with GoldWave right out of the box. It only announces that information when the scripts were incorporated. If you don't have the scripts, you can get them from this list's homepage in the scripts section. Otherwise, you will have to do without, or find some other way to obtain that information. Sorry.
