First of all I'd like to thank everyone who has given their suggestions.
We un-installed word 2007and installed 2003, but still had the same problem. So I decided to Call Freedom Scientific, and was told to un-install Jaws with shared settings. and download the file from the site and then re-install. Things seem to be working better, with the exception of not being able to do the say all. Things are working fine with the internet. So was told to tryrunning JAWS(r) screen reading software with these instructions.

1. Unload the JAWS software from memory "JAWS key+f4 followed by enter"
2. Activate the run dialog "windows key+r"
3. Wait until JAWS stops talking and type in:
jaws11 /default
and hit enter
assuming you are using JAWS 11. If you are using a different version of JAWS, use the version number for your release. For example: JAWS 10/default
and hit enter

haven't done it yet.
But just wanted to write to thank you all once more.
So keep your fingers crossed for me, that this solves my problem.
