I don't know what you are running. Yet I am using presently before up later to 2010 or 2013 outlook office and e-mail. There is several settings in there one needs to take a look at. to make sure the ones in your E-mail address book is on the safe senders list. There is a couple of other areas too and sometimes with international you have to check those. Lastly, I have a friend that is my pen-pal in New Zealand. For over 9 years no problem and the last two years here and there it starts where my mail will get there but he can't get out. Some of this has to do with the e-mails being watched for overseas and some has to do with their carrier. As my friend had his family member help him and found out he was put on the black list thus his mail to certain different parts of the world was not getting too, frozen. This could be your case? Have them if you can reach them through facebook, to check their carrier and if anything is going on. I can tell you if you are trying or anyone trying to write to some of the zones in war you will find mail not coming out quite often. Geno
