This is the final day for posting on this list:
I would like to take a minute to thank those of you who have made this list a success especially to Bob, Rick and also Alex for his brief time as a moderator on here. We decided a couple of weeks ago that this would be the last day we would keep the Blind Computing list in business since the general consensus is that it has run its course. We are not closing down completely as the JAWS Users List will remain open for the foreseeable future. The fact is that list is much easier to moderate since it has a narrower guideline to follow so it is more cut and dry as to what is or is not on topic. We received several messages of thanks to this announcement and also a death threat believe it or not. Some people's kids get a little too demanding at times. Thank you all for contributing in this endeavor and with luck we'll meet again on the information superhighway. It saddens me to write this but these things happen, take care folks and stay well.
