Hi, You find them in same place you found the first ones. Fire is on demons. Water is while fishing. Wood is in forest. Normal ones not burnt or ice. At least I have never found one in those areas. And as amber stated health and strength has a max of 20. And funny thing Amber. I too am level 142 and killed about 820 dragons. Still working on that one myself.
