I can’t contact Draconis, and I’m unlikely to buy anything unless there is reliable support. My first suggestion would be to do away with the helpdesk software which clearly isn’t doing its job correctly. If others like me have similar experiences, they’re likely to assume that Draconis is no longer in existence, and that the web site simply hasn’t been taken down. How can I reset my activations?
