Frankly, they are not worth bothering with. They would post on here, and
when I reply to say that I can't log in because there's no way to
recover account details and they haven't been answering my queries, they
don't even answer that message on here. Frankly, they either need to get
their act together, or give up. i would prefer the former, obviously.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a way around this
that doesn't involve getting yet another email address?
