Hi, nope it's fully functional. I have found though it seems to have problems with items that have 2 words in their name 'wizards hat' for example. It's like it can only handle so many words in a command to tailor? So it ignores the last word, the fabric, if you try and use 2 words for the item. So, I'd personally try, tailor create wizards rainbow nettlecloth (maybe even just nettle may work)
