That's easy and here's how: While viewing the email you want to reply to, go to the from field and copy the email address. Now press reply, then go to the to field and erase everything that is in it, then paste the copied email address into the to field, you are now ready to edit the field. First find the '@' sign and delete it and everything that follows it, now find the '=' sign and change it to an '@' sign. You are now done and have the message sender's email address in your to field. As a courtessy I recommend adding "[Private]" at the beginning of the subject so your recipient will know that they are the only one recieving your reply.
