Now that we talk about food, Emily has lots more to say... of
course. Harhrhrhrhrhrhrhr, harhrhrhrhrhrhrhr,
harhrhrhrhrhrhrhrhrhr. I mean, uh, we love you too, Em.
I usually frequent Scooters on Tuesday and Thursday nights,
because I lurve their chicken bacon ranch wraps. Too bad that's
the only restaurant on campus open past six besides the
cafeteria. I'd go to Davani's or something (the pizza place sort
of across the street), but it's been way too cold for me to
consider walking outside for more than a couple of brutal minutes
- cold, as in, the average high so far this month is 11 degrees
fahrenheit. And that cheesy bread, funnily enough, reminds me of
sitting in a somewhat busted with my sister and a couple of her
friends in the middle of a Domino's parking lot, quaffing liberal
amounts of the shtuff.
BTW, what on earth is an uncrustable? I feel like I've heard the
term somewhere, but I can't remember.

Sometimes, my roommate and I will just order a couple of boxes of
cheesy
bread from Domino's. It's really filling, and we can make at
least two meals
out of it. We do that three or four times a semester, when we're
both
feeling like nothing here sounds good or we need a pick-me-up.
I've actually developed a new addiction this year -- besides
dried fruit.
There's this restaurant right downstairs near the caf called
Currito
Burrito. I always get a burrito with steak, cilantro-lime rice,
black beans,
and buffalo sauce on a wheat tortilla. They have great smoothies,
too, and
are also famous for their Nutela milkshakes. I'm a fan of the
Mango Passion
smoothie, though. Each semester, I seem to have one hell day
where I have
minimal free time and a night class that goes on and on and on
and on and on
and on. Thus, I make that my Currito night, which makes me look
forward much
more to that day.
FYI: I just had an uncrustable, some water, and some goldfish
crackers for
dinner. I pretended it was halibut, pizza, garlic bread, and all
things
salty, spicy, and Italian.

I'm still working on my pizza consumption habits. There was a
time not too
long ago where I would consume 4 to 5 slices of pizza a day;
that's two for
lunch and at least three for dinner. It helps that the pizza
here, along
with a lot of the other food, has recently decided to go down the
crap hole.
I still get one of the large pizzas from scooters every so often
to
gradually eat over the weekend. For those of you lame enough to
not know
what I'm talking about, scooters is a small restaurants in the
basement of
the student center here on campus.

I'll take his food in the name of diets! Honestly, I consume
less
pizza at college than I do when I home. My reason? Well, there's
a
great brick oven for pizza right downstairs in the caf, but
sometimes,
the sauce is chunky, and I feel shy and high-maintenance asking
when
they do and do not have chunky pizza. Cheers for texture issues.
We do
have a Subway with pizza, but I only treat myself to that
occasionally, and only when I'm not in the mood for my foot-long
with
buffalo chicken, bacon, and nothing else on it. My word; I'd be
the
worst vegetarian ever. Fruititarian, yes, but I'm not a veggie
fan. Mmm;
I'm getting hungry!

Correction: Nobody used to hide it. Now, by a unanimous vote of
everyone else on the list, we have confirmed that Nimer Jaber is
on a
diet. What is this diet called? Well, it's simple; no pizza, no
coke,
no cookies. So, erm, sorry, but we, uh... gotta confiscate your
foood now.
Who else is with me?

Hello, my children.

I thought I was finally able to get rid of that group thingy

Well, sorry to disappoint you. Here I am, once again, annoying
you
all with my pointless ramble. Why am I torturing you, you ask?
Well, a
few reasons come to mind. Firstly, I just wanted to see who
actually
responds. Second of all, I somehow managed to accidentally
download
every last email I have ever sent using my gmail account onto my
iPhone recently, and among them are hundreds, perhaps even
thousands,
of old Btt emails - many of which I was going through today -
and it
made me feel a little nostalgic. Last but not least, I'm a
little
disappointed in myself for letting this thing die the way it
did, and
not let it possibly evolve or grow into something hugistically
huger,
like I had once dreamed.
So, there you have it. I suppose I could have simply said "heyy
wats
up w/ yall how r u doin" and been done with it, but I'm wide
awake and
somewhat in a ranting mood. So please, pardon my transgression
this time
around.
Love,
Your subconscious
P.S. I like fried chicken.
