Hi, Actually, Super Liam does make you wait until after you beat the game, but the cheats are the same for all users. Pipe 2 has the same cheats for all users, and I do not believe you have to obtain the cheats before you can use them. Shades of Doom is the only game so far where the cheats are user specific.
