The nice thing is, the demo takes up very little space. 
I'd hate to make someone download an 88 mb file if all they want to do
is just test out the game.

with might like to hear a little about a game before commiting to a

file download.  It's not so much an issue for me anymore, now that I
have my 
yummy new computer.  But I know that, when I was still on my old system,

which had a comparatively miniscule hard drive, I was very particular
about 
making absolutely sure that anything I downloaded would be worth the 
slow-downs which it would inevitably cause.
