So would a personal Email from the potential customer, rather than such a post to the list. I'm not referring to the message I am replying to, but to the complainers on the list, and I mean all of them. If you don't like how a business is run, let them, not everyone, know about it. If you send such posts to a list, you will possibly receive the same treatment you give out.
