Hmmm...  That would certainly be different. Although, I am not sure 
there would be much demand for that kind of game. Mostly it is guessing 
what price an item is. After a while all the items would be completed, 
and the dev would have to be adding new
products to the possabilities.
This line of game sounds like something down Jim Kitchen's avenew.
