Wrong. Real life is the fact that you can, if you want to, do something about a lack of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Learn and practice. You are never too old to do so. If you want to be more clearly understood, work on it. If you honestly do want to do something about improving your communication skills, check out the Hadley School for the Blind. Correspondence courses are free of charge and you work at your own pace with an instructor, one on one.
