Hi folks.
I am asking this question after searching thousands of messages for this group.
I seem to be having an issue with gmud32. No matter what address I place in
the hostname field, and no matter what port I write into the edit box, I still
get a constantly scrolling window that says: Can't assign requested address,
and gmud attempts to log onto some ip that starts with 24 and port 0.
I have tryed to log onto alter aeon with the following information.
host: dentinmud.org
port: 3010. Also tryed port 3000. I also entered the ip address, but still
got the same error. This same behavior happens when I add the ip address and
port of the aardwolf mud to the connect dialog.
I can connect to these muds with telnet so I know it isn't my internet
connection. Guess I could always use tera term.
