To use paypal, you actually have to varify your bank account with paypal.
If banks didn't like paypal, I doubt they would be letting you transfer
money back and forth.
I'm curious as to how much experience you actually have with paypal?

i am sure no bank wants to do deals with paypal. Because paypal is like 
another bank it is online but it is a bank  but it works all the same try it
