Yeah, and that has to be one of the least helpful attempts to set up a
standard ever, and has led to endless litigation as courts have tried to
figure out what's obscene and what isn't. I'm sorry, without a clear
standard, subjective things like "taking the name of a deity in vain" are
meaningless.
