  I am the guy that bought the Medusa headphones.
  So far they work quite well, though as you know games for 5.1 are pretty 
rare.
  They are no match for a true 5.1 surround system in your room, but for me, 
it keeps my wife from killing me while I play games, so its worth it.
  The headphones can only be purchsed from England, I got mine directly from 
the manufacturor for 98 bucks, including shipping.
