OK, Ivan. I'm confused. In the below message you say your ip is:

But in an earlier post you said it is:
65.150.9.156
Are you on dialup?
If so, I recommend you use a dynamic hosting service so people can just
use a hostname instead of an ip. This is not so much of an issue when
you are on broadband but if on dialup it definitely becomes more of an
issue.
