Hello Brice, I have experienced a similar problem with my ice maker. When it has happened, I always find a piece of ice broken off and lodged in the "rake like" mechanism that pushes the ice around and out into the collection bin.
I free it up by using a hair drier to slightly melt the piece of ice until I can dislodge it. Hope this helps.
