Here in Kansas City they have these smart meters and people are pulling them 
out of there homes as during the very hot weather that we had the meters cut 
off the air for up to three to eight hours . This was when we had teps . of 
100     if. and this was outside not in the homes . The electric company did 
not fully explain what would happen during a heavy draw on the system. 
Everyone thought it would be great to get a new one ,but at what cost and 
effects would come of this  have would on the people who had them put in 
their homes.
