What on Earth did he staple it to? Most of the GM cars I have owned did not have much above the headliner to staple anything to except the roof and I don't think that would work out very well. (LOL) I currently have a couple of old Buick Park Avenues and I don't think there is anything above substantial enough to catch a staple. One of my Buicks does have a sun roof and it seemS to have given a lot more support to the headliner. The old 89 I have has a pretty solid (knock on wood) liner and it seems to be pretty well attached. Cy, the ancient Okie...

I am going to try this trick and I will let you know how it turns out. any other simple sugjestions would be welcomed. because of the nature of the factery adhesive I am not going to even try to bother with any type of glue.
