Hi Victor. Can you try to boot the computer from another drive such as a CD or floppy disk? Many computers come with a boot CD for that purpose. The first time you start a new computer, if it has a 3 and 1/2 floppy, it will ask you to create a recovery boot disk. How many of you have done that?
