Just got one of these multimeters. Wow! what a deal for $35. It speaks
everything, clear voice, slower than many might like, but not "draggy." As
with many, the test leads end in point-probes rather than clips, but they
and everything about the meter is solid including the connections of the
leads to the meter. The plus lead has a talk button on it, and the talk
button on the meter itself can be locked so it reads continuously. Of
course, as with any talking meter, you don't wanna use this for critical
dynamic metering, but its static metering is just fine. The capacitance
seems to be accurate, but doesn't go into ranges beyond 5 uf, I think. The
instruction book is eminently scanable. Beyond this, I don't think a
detailed review is needed here. Rest assured that this is one useful and
convenient thingy, and you don't need a compooder to make it useful.
  Jay
