Steve and Shannon, I'd just moon the neighbors and give them the bird.
no I have not heard of that Sonic treatment from the fence. However my
second dog from Fidelco for a time wore a collar which had a citrus
spray which hit him in the face and chin each time he barked. It
worked for awhile until he got used to the citrus flavor.. I think that
dog now works On the Long Island subway system and can bark all day. He
was a smart guide but had a big mouth on him. sort of like the owner.
