It dries to powder form and is not sticky like plane old grease. I use the
spray can formula in locks, hinges etc. You can get it at a auto supply.

  Phil,

The best thing I have used is white lithium grease in a spray can. You can
get it in other forms also.

If it is a cheap door, you may not have adjustments unless you take off
the
door, which you may have to do anyway, if its been years of not cleaning.
Some doors have holes with plugs that you can remove to adjust the rollers
  with a screwdriver.

I was informed this morning in no uncertain terms by my little wife,
princess Luan Luan, that I must do something about those dam patio doors
or
else. One of them, I have two, is just a little hard to open and the other
one, the one I worked on, is getting almost impossible to use. I no you
are
suppose to use dry lubricant on the rollers but here is the problem. Only
dry stuff I have ever seam is that little tube that is hard to use and not
very much. Where can I buy a coffee can full of that dry stuff or, do I
need
  that much.
Also, I suppose those adjustments on each and of the door raze and lower
  the rollers, is that correct.

  Help, Phil Parr.
