Are the rollers on the top and the bottom rides in a track with no rollers? If this is the case you may have a bent track at the top. If the rollers at the top are bad you may need to lift up on the door to pull the bottom out of the track and when you lift up on the door the rollers should clear the track this may expose the screws to remove or adjust the rollers. If the track at the top is bent you can try to reform it with a pair of plyers. I have done this before with some success but you should take care not to make too big of adjustments at a time. IF you cause a bend or creese in the track you could have a mess on your hands.
