I have a Hoover hard floor cleaner. It came with 2 sets of brushes. One set is for hard floors, the other is for cleaning the grout. They say the grout brushes are to be used for cleaning tile floors. Problem is which brush is which? They describe it by the grey or white brushes which doesn't mean much to me. The brushes are circular and mounted to a plastic piece. The side without the bristles has a metal stub which goes into the cleaner. It looks similar to the end on a hex bit. There are 7 brushes on each piece. The brushes turn like gears. One set of brushes has bristles covering the entire service. The other set has bristles on the outside of each brush, nothing in the middle. Which set is for which job? Thanks.
