The Coleman golf cart heater. Runs on the little bottles of propane and you
can put it in the cup holder. If the cart isn't enclosed, I'd think about that
too. The heater runs $69 at Target $79 at most other places. To enclose the
sides could run in the area of $150 or so.

Subject: [BlindHandyMan] battery powered heater question

  Ok, here's another question.
Is there such a thing as a battery powered heater out their which I can rig
up in our golf cart?
Yes, I have a cig lighter plug in their, but I really don't want to use it
for fear of draining the batteries we need to get around with.
I tried propain heaters, and don't like that whole thing.
A man in our church suggested hooking two car batteries together some how to
run an electrical heater off of them.
This idea sounds good to me, if there isn't something easier available
already.
Our's is a huge golf cart really, has two forward facing bench seats with a
small truck bed on back, so plenty of room.
I will look forward to your ideas.

  Matt
