It is called texture paint, and can be bought at most paint stores. RJ ----- Original Message ----- From: Jeff Kisecker To: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com Sent: Sunday, February 03, 2008 11:48 Subject: RE: [BlindHandyMan] I have a sealer question.
There is a texture that you can just roll on the walls, you can either have a rough texture, or a smooth one. It depends on the roller. This will go over old paint, texture or I would think wallpaper. It is like very thick paint. We have done it in our house, but I can't think of the name of the product right now. We bought it in a two 1/2 gallon container. Good luck! -----Original Message----- From: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Angel L Adorno Sent: Sunday, February 03, 2008 9:42 AM To: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com Subject: [BlindHandyMan] I have a seeler question. hi list. here is my problem as follows. I have a kitchen and it was wall papered when I moved in. now I do not like wall paper so I decided to get rid of it, by scraping off the paper. this of corse was hard and time consuming and I thought about just sheet rocking the walls of the kitchen that have the wall paper. I told a friend about this and he told me that I could buy a seeler that I could put over the walls that have the wall paper. he said this seeler will make it look like there was no wall paper at all and then all I had to do after the seeler dryed was paint over it and the walls would look good again. my question is, does such a seeler exist is there such a product out there? if so can any one let me know? thanks so much for your time.
