Hi Mike,
I have the Cobolt model. I first purchased it from England. I believe that
Maxiaids also carries it. I have two of them. I had one that failed and
shipped it back to England for repairs. While wating I purchased a second.
After about 3 years the second one failed and I shipped it back and had the
repaired one as a backup They were very kind they did not charge me for any
repair..

I found this quite interesting. I was showing a contractor my talking tape
measure. He wanted information on where to purchase a unit. He thinks that
it can help teach some of his workers how to read a tape measure. It
reminded me of the time that someone from the Department of Defense in 1980
contacted me about my talking computer. He wanted to purchase 100 units
because he had people in the warehouse that could not read.

Lenny, Please visit my home page http://www.geocities.com/lenny_mchugh/
It's motivating, humorous and has a lot of resources.
