Spiro, I enquired on this list before about a Natural Gas tankless
heather and we had lots of information shared. also I asked at a
nearby plumbing supply place and I cannot think of the name of the one
they sell the most of, the NG one begins with the letter" B" I have the
same name on a stapler. well any way for about $1,000 to buy this
heather . I would still like to go that way as it would be a super cost
saver. what I am told by the plumber is one needs to get used to a
different water amount coming out of th faucet. you mentioned filling
the bath tub. well normally we all run the hot and cold water faucets
right? so maybe once you install and set at the temp you want your new
tankless heater will suffice. the tank heaters we use now, all keep the
water warm in the tank no matter if you have electric , lp gas or
natural gas tank heathers. whereas that neat tankless heater will just
run when you are calling for hot water. just my thoughts. Lee
