Hi! The one that uses water is called the Scarecrow, and there's another called the Catstop that uses a high-pitched noise to scare animals away. Both use a motion sesnor. I found both for the cheapest price at the website below.
http://dga-online.com/mm5/merchant.mvc? I ordered both of these and am supposed to get them in tomorrow (Monday, April 7). The only disappointing thing about this situation is that since I'm visually impaired, I won't be able to sit in the window and laugh as the strays come by for the first time. I'll have to count on my wife for a complete description of the events!
