Hi!

The one that uses water is called the Scarecrow, and there's another called
the Catstop that uses a high-pitched noise to scare animals away.  Both use
a motion sesnor.  I found both for the cheapest price at the website below.

I ordered both of these and am supposed to get them in tomorrow (Monday,
April 7).  The only disappointing thing about this situation is that since
I'm visually impaired, I won't be able to sit in the window and laugh as the
strays come by for the first time.  I'll have to count on my wife for a
complete description of the events!
